Single Travellers

There will be a 100% single supplement charge, however we are happy to try and select an appropriate fellow traveller if you wish.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking deposits and payments

A non refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost (minimum £100.00 per person) is due at the time of booking.

The balance of the cost of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your departure date. However, airline tickets, in some cases, must be paid for in full at the time of reservation depending on individual ticketing rules. If the balance is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out in section 4 below.

2. Changes made by you

If after confirming your booking, you wish to change any element of your travel arrangements we will do our utmost to make the changes, provided that we receive notification in writing from the person who booked the holiday. Depending on the administrative costs involved we may apply a charge and in any case you will be liable for any additional costs or increase in the price of your travel arrangements arising from such alterations.

3. Travel Insurance

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR COMPETITIVE INSURANCE SCHEME. It is your responsibility to ensure you and your party are covered.

4. Cancellation by you

Travel arrangements for you or any member of your party may be cancelled at any time providing that the cancellation is communicated to us in writing. In the event we will retain the deposit paid and apply cancellation charges (plus any additional non-refundable element of your itinerary i.e. tickets paid in full at time of booking) as follows:

5. Significant Changes made by us

Occasionally we may be forced to change your travel arrangements. In most cases these will be minor and we will advise you of such changes at the earliest possible date. If we are unable to provide your travel arrangements as booked, you may either have a refund of all monies paid, or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of a comparable standard, if available. (We will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). If we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements we will refund all monies paid together with, compensation in accordance with, the scale set out below (except in the case of force majeure, when no compensation will be paid).

Force Majeure: We will not pay compensation if we have to cancel, or change your travel arrangements in any way, because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.
