




Your first port of call is the Island of Ischia, located in the Gulf of Naples. Ischia is famous for its thermo mineral waters, warmed by natural hot springs offering traditional thermal treatments using mineral salts, medical plants and extracts that stimulate your body’s vital functions in a completely natural way. You also have the opportunity to visit the beautiful botanical gardens of La Mortella, created by Susana Walton, wife of the late British composer Sir William Walton.
Sailing south to the Aeolian island of Vulcano offers an opportunity to bathe in a Fanghi – a natural mud bath of warm sulphurous water. If you feel more adventurous, a climb to the summit crater of Fossa di Vulcano, a sleeping volcano awaits, where you will be greeted by stunning panorama of the Aeolian Islands. Alternatively relax on the beautiful black volcanic sand beach at Porto di Ponente and enjoy a gentle swim.
As you continue south to Sicily and the island of Taormina there is an opportunity to visit a world famous health spa offering an extensive range of health treatments. A trip to Mount Etna is also possible as well as the chance to participate in more sporting activities.
After a relaxing day at sea we arrive at Otranto on the heel of Italy, where you can indulge in the culinary delights of the famous ‘Mediterranean diet’ followed by a gentle cycle ride with spectacular views.
Cruising the Ionian Sea we arrive at the magnificent port of Kotor in Montenegro. Listed as a UNESCO heritage site and one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Adriatic with overhanging limestone cliffs. The old town is surrounded by impressive city walls, narrow streets with much medieval architecture. Opportunites for walking and trekking, with trails from easy to challenging. Weather permitting rafting and kayaking may also be possible.
Then onto the Croatian Island of Hvar, which has been voted by Conde Naste Traveller Magazine as one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world. Inspired by the islands’ beauty, a spa treatment at the brand new Sensori Spa in the Hvar Marina Hotel, a member of the Leading Spas of the World awaits – offering a distinct sense of place, integrating the healing properties of local plants with traditional remedies, hydrotherapy and aesthetic care to invigorate and restore the senses. However, if you need an adrenaline rush this Island is the place to find it - rafting and cycling to high energy free climbing and jeep safaris to a canoe adventure - Hvar has it all.
After all the excitement of Hvar, we have a day at sea and continue sailing north to our next destination Rovinj on the Croatian Istrian Peninsula. A beautiful historic town dating back to the 3rd century with cobbled streets and interesting little shops, Rovinj is loved particularly by hikers, walkers and cyclists, who can journey for miles along trails with breathtaking views.
From Rovinj we start our final sail north to our final port of call Venice were your journey of self discovery and wellness ends.
